Ghost Hunter dives 15 to 20 feet as paranormal investigation goes awry
A ghost hunter in Buffalo, New York, is said to have fallen from 15 to 20 feet during a paranormal investigation inside one of the city’s iconic buildings.
According to The Buffalo News, the anonymous 35-year-old woman was looking for ghosts in the nearly 100-year-old central terminal building on Saturday when she dove into the roof of a substation.
She was taken to a local hospital and treated for multiple injuries, the newspaper reported. Its current condition is not known.
A man chasing ghosts with her was not injured.
Local NBC station WGRZ reported that the couple were ghost hunting without permission in the historic structure, but no charges were filed.
Buffalo Central Terminal was an active station for half a century, operating from 1929 to 1979 before falling into disrepair. In recent years, parts of the terminal have been renovated and sometimes opened for special events, including ghost tours.
“Listen and see what has been caught that may prove paranormal activity exists at the Buffalo Central Terminal,” the blurb said for one such tour in 2018.
In addition, the television show “Ghost Hunters” was filmed several times at the terminal.
